1. Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, call us as soon as possible at +91 7019 708715.

  • Before processing: Full cancellation, no charges
  • After processing has started: May not be cancellable for custom-processed meat
  • Qurbani bookings: Cancel at least 48 hours before scheduled date

2. Refunds & Replacements

We stand behind the quality of our products. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Products received in damaged condition
  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Quality does not meet our standards

How to Request

  1. Call us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Describe the issue
  3. Share photos if applicable (via WhatsApp)

Resolution

Depending on the situation, we will offer:

  • Replacement: Fresh product delivered at the next available time
  • Refund: Cash refund or credit toward your next order

3. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products:

  • Issues reported after 24 hours cannot be refunded
  • Products that have been partially used
  • Custom-processed orders once processing has begun
